A Fat Loss Program Is Not Another Weight Loss Program

The reason it is so much better than all of those other “weight loss” programs is because it is a fat loss program, it’s not another “weight loss” program. What do I mean by that? Most weight loss diets aim is for you to lose weight. But, your weight consists of not only fat but it also consists of water, muscle and other lean tissues. According to Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscles first three chapters, that type of weight loss is the wrong goal that you want to pursue. Your goal should be aimed at fat loss, and by pursuing the wrong goal is the reason why most people fail to reach and maintain their ideal body weight.
