Neck pain help — memory foam wedge pillows

If you suffer from disc or arthritis problems in the neck, you might want to consider memory foam wedge pillows. I have a degenerative disc problem in my neck as well as arthritis in my neck and shoulders. I often wake up in the morning with a horrible headache. I have tried many remedies to obtain some relief and have discovered that part of my problem stems from the pillows I sleep on. My doctor recently recommended memory foam wedge pillows, so I gave it a try. I found them a little difficult to get used to, but I have to report that I have arisen headache free for a week now. I am definitely willing to continue to test this remedy!
