Am I Fat? Just start with exercise. Any form of exercise will do initially. Just get started. My suggestion is that you walk for three to four days a week. Each time you do, then do it for twenty minutes a time. Another thing. When you walk I want you to walk in appreciation. By that I mean, don’t walk (for now) to get fit or lose weight.
