One of the very best parts of using herbs for anxiety is that there are NO side effects (but, please remember, they do affect your body and mind so you have to follow the directions). They may not work for all conditions and all people (we do vary quite a lot), so if you keep having problems despite taking one of the natural remedies for anxiety or a natural supplement for panic attacks, you should consult your doctor or health practitioner. In fact, you probably should anyway since more and more doctors these days are aware of and support alternative medical techniques.
