Cure TMJ The Right, Natural Way

Temporomandibular joint dysfunction or TMD for short, is the snapping or popping of the jaw when the bones especially the TMJ or temporomandibular joint in the face are slightly mislodged and can be very disturbing and painful and it creates headaches as well as total discomfort in the body. There are several ways to cure TMJ and the last recourse of other patients would be surgery. A specific TMJ surgery is recommended as just “ the last card” and sometimes surgery can do more harm than good. Some TMJ symptoms include difficulty in opening the mouth, temporary locking of the jaw, neck and/or shoulder pain, dizziness and ear pain.
