Why foreigners in the old world are considered part of an indigenous population?
Im speaking on Europe because the United States and New World were built by foreigners. For example, why the Algerians and Africa are considered as part of the population of French origin? Or if I moved to Algeria (I'm EU) and called myself Algeria has not feel it? Or the Europeans in Africa are considered to Africa is really stupid. Why?
